Usage data — standard analytics such as pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To review your application and contact you about it — by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. By providing your phone number in the application, you agree that our team may call and text you about your application. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts.
To schedule and prepare for your call.
To send you relevant information before and after your call. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
To understand and improve how the site performs.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this site and process applications, including scheduling (Calendly), application forms (Typeform), CRM and communications (GoHighLevel), hosting (Vercel), video hosting (Vimeo, Wistia), email delivery (Kit), team notifications (Slack), and analytics/tracking providers (Trakyo). These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Our service providers may store and process your information in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data retention

We keep application data for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and delete or anonymize it on request.
